Selling photos online: which image bank pays more?

     Let's get down to business!
What you need to know is that for buyers, there are three or more levels of subscription for content packages or other forms of getting the images in each of these image providers (this goes different due to each company's policy).
There are image sales banks that pay only a percentage of the profits to their contributors and there are those that pay a fairer amount.
In this publication, I'll talk about a research I've done recently, seeing among from which I know, whose that gives a fairer return for each photo sold.
Please note that I will only go into the merits of the best payout and give a brief description that may help you decide whether or not to join these vendors, okay?
In other publications, I can give you more details, but with a little research, you get to the relevant information as well.

In this image bank you earn half the value of the sale of your image. And they pay well compared to other options.
A large photo is currently sold for $35, that means half of it, you pocket.
For buyers this image bank offers individual purchases, purchases per package with pre-defined number of images and monthly subscription packages.

This one has the great advantage that you can freely determine how much you want for the photo. You can leave the standard price or put the desired value and wait for a buyer to look exactly for an image like yours and have high interest in buying it for your price.

3) Foap

Each of your photos is sold at $10 each on their marketplace. Foap takes 50% commission, then you'll end up with $5 for each photo sold with them.

You earn 50% of the sell value by selling your photos through subscriptions. More details about their payouts here.

Links to sign up and start to work with them:
Most Photos
Pic Fair
Foap and Snapwire work through app. Search by name on your tablet or smartphone app market and start uploading your content.

In the future I will post here on the blog more detailed information about my experience with these databases and also, new information and updates on this subject.
On the next publication, will talk about other image banks with high client demands, that may pay less, but you can sell more frequently and make more profitable results.
Feel free to comment, if you want.

Helpful tips to planning your debut as an image bank contributor and monetize your content.

What to consider if you are starting on photo stock business when upload your first images to be accepted?
Yes, to join prestiged stock images providers, you need to go through a initial valuation and the first step is selecting your photos to upload your best shots (if you make illustrations and vectors, same thing).
Before I go on, I must say that I'm getting into this subject, believing that you already have at least one image agency in mind, but if you don't, in my next post I'll give you some tips.
Anyway, research who leads the market, which agencies fit your profile as a contributor (don't think in a limited way that you should fit, after all it's your content, time and work that goes to your chosen ones).
To make a good debut, it´s important select up to 5 different files that shows what kind of images you produce, some may ask less.
In despite of the topic, look on your content what you have to offer in these previous files that the curators will see how you deal with: angles, composition, colors and photo lighting. Also research the acceptable resolution on the microstock bank you want to start working with.
Maybe you are a only theme photographer, or even you like to shoot up to three or more different kinds of subjects.
Take a look on what you have already produced or shoot something new with these points in mind.
For designers, in addition to good content, prepare your designs in vector and jpg files.
Some banks may request both files individually or zipped and to save you more headaches, I should tell you that even in different formats, the name of the files must be the same.
But the good news is that there are already image banks accepting only vectors and in the future, it may be something recurring in this market.
If you are already an contributor and want to share on the comments how was your first experience submitting files, go on.
I have to say that i was refused in one of the many agencies that I work with my content, but I  didn't give up, I adapted to what it was needed and there I am, producing, being evaluated and focusing on good profits.
Good luck with your uploads on stock image and sales!

The way I started...

Once upon a time there was someone who always loved photography... and some time ago, she found herself in love with stock photography...this was me.
Since I believe nothing is by chance, I may say that the hand of God guided me to this opportunity and I thank Him very much for it.
It makes me very happy to act without putting limits on my creativity.
I've always been very fond of photography. I remember the first picture I took in my life, was of a salad made by my mother.
Then as I studied digital design, I was able to put the two together: photos and graphics.
In this blog, I'll tell you about my adventures in this broad and curious market in which I've become eager to make it a long-term project: stock images or microstock.
The process of learning, producing, having fun and making the profits is simply passionate.
If you love photography too, come visit me more times, because I intend to put content related to this market and also about my experiences working on the most diverse themes of this niche.
Don´t hold yourself to comment if you are working (or even starting) with stock images and want to exchange some ideas, ok?

    See you soon!
